Las Ramblas Connecticut Toro

  This is an attractive cigar with a light color that suggests a taste that tends towards the mild side.  The construction was firm but not stiff and the cigar kept its shape throughout. The 6 1/2 by 50 size was easy to hold and the general aroma before and after lighting was pleasant.

The ash was firm and an attractive colored grey/white. The flavor did tend towards the medium body taste rather than mild, as suggested bu its appearance. However the taste was even throught the 45 minute smoke.

I found this cigar to be excellent value at $5. The taste was as clean cut as the appearance of the cigar and the ashes.  The aroma is not overwhelming and no” tarry” aftertaste appeared at any point, notg even after I smoked this down to the “nub”.  This is the cigar to have with a red wine if you wish to taste the wine as much as you taste the cigar.
