Ernie Carrillo Announces New Cigars
EPC will be releasing a new line of larger ring cigars. Expect to see them around the end of July, perhaps in time for the big industry show. The cigars are rumored to include a monstrous 6 1/8 x 64 stick. I’m sure it will be very popular in light of the trend towards thick cigars.
Miami Cigar and Company to Release a Nestor Miranda Grand Reserve 2012
Following the success of the Nestor Miranda Grand Reserve of last year, Miami Cigar and Company has announce that it will reprieve the cigar this year. The 2012 version, available in a limited run of 1,500 10 cigar boxes will have an added kick with the addition of some Nicaraguan ligero tobacco. The stick features a dual wrapper and a dark Connecticut maduro wrapper.
The 6 1/8 x 52 box-pressed cigar will sell for $12. before taxes and is expected to be available for the IPCPR show in late July.
Erik Espinosa Announces a New Line of Cigars
Having been in the industry forever, Erik Espinosa has recently announced a new line of cigars that he is making for himself. The cigars are expected to be released very soon. I am expecting to meet Espinosa in the next few weeks so I will have more for you then.
San Lotano Announces Line Extension
We’ve enjoyed the San Lotano Oval, as well as many of the other blends from San Lotano and AJ Fernandez, now they are adding a maduro wrapper to the Oval line. It should ship soon.
